Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

• In their original, unworn condition
• With all original tags attached
• In original packaging if available
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us at team@kneejointplant.world or visit our contact page to request a Return Authorization (RA) number
2. Package the item securely in its original packaging or suitable alternative
3. Include your original receipt or order confirmation
4. Write the RA number on the outside of the package
5. Ship the item to our return address provided upon authorization

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Contact us to arrange an exchange. If the requested size or color is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and legal reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged
• Items without original tags or packaging
• Items returned after the 14-day return period
• Final sale items (clearly marked at time of purchase)
• Customized or personalized items

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective item, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance to ensure your return reaches us safely. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at team@kneejointplant.world. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Right to Refuse Returns

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy requirements or appear to be fraudulent. Items returned in unsellable condition may be subject to a restocking fee or refusal.
